Collins Styling Design Ruler.
Combines several curves, a straight edge and a ruler all in one. Use for pattern alterations, garment alterations or for anything when a curved or straight edge is needed. Can be used to alter hip lines, princess lines, one-piece sleeves, hem lines, arm holes, sleeve caps and necklines.
Straight edge rules has measurements marked off in eighth inch increments to alter side seams and shoulder seams, to lengthen or shorten the bodice, crotch depth and hemlines and to place the pattern on the fabric even with the grain.
A slot is also provided to guide tracing wheels when marking straight lines.
