Returns

Sew Essential wish to make your shopping experience as pleasant as possible. For this reason, if you decide you are unhappy with any item you have purchased, return it to us within 30 days unused, unopened and in its original condition and we will provide you with a complete refund for that item less our packaging and shipping costs.

If the return is as a result of our error, we will also refund the cost of postage.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns of cut products such as fabrics.

Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event that goods are faulty or reach you in an unsatisfactory condition, please notify Sew Essential within seven days of receiving the goods and we will arrange to have the item exchanged.

Guarantee

All products on our site have at least a full 1 year guarantee against manufacturing defects. Other items may carry a longer guarantee, which will be clearly stated in the product description.This guarantee does not cover consumable items such as needles, bobbins, light bulbs etc.

Missing Items

If an item is missing from your order check the invoice attached to the outside of the packaging - it will usually tell you that the missing item will follow shortly. If not please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order stating your invoice number and missing items.

Errors and Omissions

Sew Essential Ltd reserve the right to discontinue or change products and/or prices on the website without prior notice. Errors in advertised prices are not binding and may be adjusted at any time. We make every effort to deliver the correct goods within the estimated time scales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Sew Essential Ltd shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the correct products within estimated timescales.
