Q. How do I contact Sew Essential?

Q. What countries do you deliver to?
A. Sew Essential delivers worldwide. The default country when visiting Sew Essential is the UK, but you can change your location by selecting your country from the list in the top left corner, underneath our logo. Correct selection of your country will be indicated by the flag next to the country list. This automatically converts currencies and delivery charges.
Q. What if my country is not listed in the country selection box?
If your country is not listed, please select "Rest of World", in which case all prices will be in UK sterling (postage will also be correctly calculated). All you need to do is manually convert the basket total using a service like www.xe.com/ucc/
Q. Do you produced a catalogue?
A. No. As our product range is changing on a daily basis, a catalogue would be out of date before it was printed!
Q. What do you charge for delivery?
A. The delivery charge is displayed on the basket screen. Depending on which country you live in, free delivery is available on orders over a certain value. See the delivery information page for more details.
Q. How long does delivery normally take?
A. Orders are normally dispatched within 3 working days. See the delivery information for more details.

Q. What happens if I receive my goods in an unsatisfactory state?
A. Sew Essential have a no quibble returns policy in the unlikely event you receive unsatisfactory goods. Please see our terms and conditions for more information.
Q. Why don't Sew Essential stock product X?
A. We are always seeking to satisfy our customers, but we won't know which products you would like to see on this site unless you let us know! Please respond via our feedback page with any requests and we'll reply as swiftly as possible.
