Sew Essential wish to make your shopping experience as pleasant as possible. For this reason, if you decide you are unhappy with any item you have purchased, return it to us within 30 days unused, and in its original condition and we will provide you with a complete refund for that item less our postage costs. If returning a product, please contact us first on the email address below for further instructions.

If the return is as a result of our error, we will also refund the cost of postage.

All products on our site have at least a full 1 year guarantee against manufacturing defects. Other items may carry a longer guarantee, which will be clearly stated in the product description.This guarantee does not cover consumable items such as needles, bobbins, light bulbs etc.
