Pretty pillows in heart or square shapes can be made with matching fabric ruffles or braid trim and three-dimensional hydrangea flowers secured with beaded petal centres. Heart pillow has ribbon bow accent; square pillow has appliqued leaves. Square patchwork pillows with mini puffball trim accents on seams can be embellished with dimensional sprigs or flowers with pom pom centres.
