Sew the perfect jersey top with the Adelle Top sewing pattern!
Designed for medium to light weight knit fabrics like cotton, bamboo or rib jersey, the Adelle Top is the ideal mix of style and comfort.
We wanted to design the perfect jersey top to wear with all your Sew Over It skirts and trousers, and she looks fabulous under our Lorna Pinafore too!
Featuring a beautiful scooped neckline at the front and back, inspired by ballet tops, Adelle is fitted and just the right length (whether you’re tucking it in or not), with a choice of stylish elbow-length or full-length sleeves. Sizes UK 18-30 also include a bust dart for extra shaping.
The pattern is so quick & easy to sew, you’ll want to make one in every colour to pair with your favourite me-made bottoms!
Light to medium weight knit fabrics such as viscose or bamboo jersey and lightweight cotton jersey. Adelle also looks gorgeous in a ribbed fabric.

If you opt for the printed paper pattern we'll print it on our in-house large format A0 printer and post it to your address.
Please note that we don’t print the instructions. These will be emailed to you as a PDF‚ along with the digital pattern files‚ when we dispatch your paper pattern.
Occasionally some large pattern pieces may be split across two A0 sheets and will need to be joined together.
Choose this option if you would like to print the pattern yourself at home or use your own copy shop/A0 printing service.
