Hats by Arkivestry help you add that extra special touch to your costume. This pattern offers four styles - a top hat with detachable hat band‚ steampunk topper‚ wide brim hat and a tricorne. Three sizes included S (21 inch)‚ M (22 inch)‚ L (23 inch).
Stable lightweight to medium-weight fabrics such as: Brocade‚ Damask‚ Faille‚ Leather‚ Suede. A‚B‚C‚D Inner Band in Cotton Types or Satin. A Hat Band and Wings in Leather-Like or Suede-Like Fabrics. D Veil in Net‚ Sheer Fabrics‚ Tulle. Extra fabric needed to match plaids‚ stripes‚ or one-way design fabrics.
