Auvers Top Itch to Stitch sewing pattern.
Wearing the Auvers is like hearing a whisper in the summer breeze—it is soft‚ gentle and delicate. The Auvers Top is designed for very lightweight woven fabric. In the front‚ two halves cross diagonally to create a V neckline. Elastic is applied on the bottom front to create a blouson effect. The back has a shirttail hem. Because it is sleeveless‚ it’s perfect to be worn under a jacket or cardigan‚ but of course‚ it is also great to be worn alone‚ tucked or untucked!
Primary Fabric Use featherweight to very lightweight woven fabric with no stretch such as chiffon‚ georgette‚ rayon challis‚ charmeuse and other silky fabrics. Do not use crisp fabric. The wrong side may be visible at the bottom of the front so choose a fabric accordingly.
Make sure to check the size chart in the image gallery before choosing your size. Every pattern brand uses slightly different measurements‚ so it’s always worth double-checking to ensure you select the correct size for the best possible fit.
If you opt for the printed paper pattern we'll print it on our in-house large format A0 printer and post it to your address.
Please note that we don't print the instructions. These will be emailed to you as a PDF‚ along with the digital pattern files in all sizes‚ when we dispatch your paper pattern.
Occasionally some large pattern pieces may be split across two A0 sheets and will need to be joined together.
If you choose the PDF digital download option‚ a link to download your pattern files will be included in your order confirmation email.
