With BERNINA Dual Feed, the BERNINA Stitch Regulator (BSR) included, a large 8.5-inch sewing area, 9mm stitch width and a huge choice of quilting and decorative stitches, it is equally at home piecing, appliquéing, free-motion quilting and tackling larger sewing projects.
The BERNINA Dual Feed feeds fabric evenly from above and below, making it particularly useful for quilts, multiple layers, slippery fabrics and fine materials. It engages easily when needed and tucks away when not in use, helping you achieve smooth, accurate seams without unwanted shifting or puckering.
With 8.5 inches of space to the right of the needle, the BERNINA 570 QE gives you plenty of room for larger quilt sections, garments and home furnishing projects. The automatic presser foot hover function is especially useful when quilting and appliquéing, raising the foot while keeping the needle in the fabric so you can turn and reposition your work quickly and accurately.
The machine includes an impressive 1,450 stitch patterns, including a huge selection of decorative, quilting and practical stitches, buttonholes and alphabets. With a maximum stitch width of 9mm, you have plenty of creative scope for bold decorative stitching as well as precise everyday sewing.
The centrally positioned 4.3-inch colour touchscreen makes choosing and adjusting stitches quick and intuitive, while the multifunction knobs give you precise control over stitch width and length. Useful features such as the Sewing Consultant, personal stitch memory, automatic buttonholes and presser foot recommendations help make both everyday sewing and more advanced techniques easier to manage.
At the heart of the machine is the BERNINA Hook, delivering beautifully consistent stitch quality at speeds of up to 1,000 stitches per minute. The front-loading Jumbo Bobbin offers generous thread capacity, while the automatic thread cutter trims your threads at the touch of a button to keep your sewing flowing smoothly.
For free-motion quilting, the BERNINA Stitch Regulator (BSR) is included as standard. The BSR helps maintain consistent stitch lengths as you move the fabric freely beneath the needle, making it easier to achieve beautifully even free-motion quilting results. The included Patchwork Foot #97D is also designed for accurate piecing and precise ¼-inch seam allowances, making the B570 QE exceptionally well equipped for quilting straight out of the box.
