Carey Top Itch to Stitch sewing pattern.
Carey Top is easy to style and comfy to wear. Use a wild print and make it part of your fashionista ensemble. Or use a sheer fabric and make a swimsuit cover-up.
Primary Fabric Use a very light-weight soft woven fabric or knit fabric with drape. Rayon challis‚ voile‚ batiste‚ georgette‚ charmeuse and jersey are great choices. Do not use quilting cotton or heavier weight fabrics.
Contrast Fabric A contrast fabric is used for the shoulder panels. You could use the same fabric as the primary fabric‚ or use a similar quality light-weight woven fabric. Rayon challis‚ voile‚ batiste‚ georgette‚ charmeuse and jersey are great choices. You could use a semi-transparent fabric to add interest.
Make sure to check the size chart in the image gallery before choosing your size. Every pattern brand uses slightly different measurements‚ so it’s always worth double-checking to ensure you select the correct size for the best possible fit.
If you opt for the printed paper pattern we'll print it on our in-house large format A0 printer and post it to your address.
Please note that we don't print the instructions. These will be emailed to you as a PDF‚ along with the digital pattern files in all sizes‚ when we dispatch your paper pattern.
Occasionally some large pattern pieces may be split across two A0 sheets and will need to be joined together.
If you choose the PDF digital download option‚ a link to download your pattern files will be included in your order confirmation email.
