Cerro Alto Jacket Itch to Stitch sewing pattern.
Can you imagine a biker jacket that is elegant? Maybe not‚ but you don’t have to! The Cerro Alto Jacket is a perfect combination of femininity and masculinity. It features an asymmetric zipped front and a round neckline. The Cerro Alto comes in A‚ B‚ C‚ D and DD cup for a great bust fit. You would look equally gorgeous wearing the Cerro Alto with a dress or with T-shirt and jeans!
Primary Fabric Use medium-weight‚ woven fabric with or without stretch. If using a woven with stretch‚ use one with maximum of 12% stretch. Woolen‚ embroidered fabrics‚ suiting‚ crepe‚ jacquard‚ brocade‚ shantung‚ flannel and gabardine are good choices.
Contrast Fabric Use medium-weight‚ woven fabric with no stretch. You can use the same fabric as the primary fabric. Woolen‚ embroidered fabrics‚ suiting‚ crepe‚ jacquard‚ brocade‚ shantung‚ flannel and gabardine are good choices.
Lining Use a lightweight fabric for the lining. Charmeuse‚ China silk and lining fabrics are good choices.
Interfacing Use medium weight fusible woven or weft insertion interfacing.
When selecting an Itch to Stitch pattern with cup options‚ the first step is to work out your cup size. To do this‚ measure around your high bust and then around the fullest part of your bust. Subtract the high bust measurement from the full bust measurement and round the difference:
Once you've identified your cup size‚ simply check the size chart in the image gallery. Select your bust size from the correct cup size row‚ then choose your waist and hip measurements as usual.
If you opt for the printed paper pattern we'll print it on our in-house large format A0 printer and post it to your address.
Please note that we don't print the instructions. These will be emailed to you as a PDF‚ along with the digital pattern files in all sizes‚ when we dispatch your paper pattern.
Occasionally some large pattern pieces may be split across two A0 sheets and will need to be joined together.
If you choose the PDF digital download option‚ a link to download your pattern files will be included in your order confirmation email.
