The Dorothy Jacket is an easy-fitting utility jacket with a convertible collar and simple press stud fastenings. It features roomy front patch pockets with plenty of space for all of your essentials, as well as stylish, faux chest pockets.
Shaping is given by an adjustable drawstring waist and the the hem is hip-length.

With more than a nod towards the classic military jacket, we named this pattern after journalist Dorothy Lawrence who secretly posed as a male soldier during World War 1, making her the only known English woman on the frontline.

The Dorothy Jacket is perfect for medium weight fabrics, such as cotton twill, cotton drill, twill crepe, gabardine, stretch denim and heavier linens.
