Sew a unisex hoodie with our Drew Hoodie sewing pattern!
We designed the Drew Hoodie to be a true classic. The unisex pattern has a slightly oversized fit that suits all genders and is perfect as activewear or loungewear.
Drew features a front pocket to keep your hands warm, a classic waistband and cuffs. The hood is lined and is tightened with a drawstring. You can choose to use some eyelets or just make buttonholes to feed the drawstring through. The instructions include mock flat felled seams for a nice ready-to-wear finish that can be achieved with a regular sewing machine. No overlocker needed!

Mediumweight knit fabrics such as cotton sweatshirting, cotton fleece, polar fleece, French terry, Ponte di Roma and double knits with at least 15% stretch. You can use ribbing for the cuffs and hem (see size chart for requirements).
You will also need 1.3m of cord for the hood and a small scrap of knit interfacing. Optionally you may want to add two eyelets for the cord, so pick an eyelet wide enough to fit your cord.

If you opt for the printed paper pattern we'll print it on our in-house large format A0 printer and post it to your address.
Please note that we don’t print the instructions. These will be emailed to you as a PDF‚ along with the digital pattern files‚ when we dispatch your paper pattern.
Occasionally some large pattern pieces may be split across two A0 sheets and will need to be joined together.
Choose this option if you would like to print the pattern yourself at home or use your own copy shop/A0 printing service.
