Dress or jumper and romper have deep scoop front and back necks, buttoned shoulders, front pockets and full skirt or shorts attached to bodice at raised waistline seam. Skirt and shorts have pleated fronts and gathered backs to control fullness.
Broadcloth, Candy Stripe Fabrics, Chambray, Cotton Types, Poplin, Synthetics. A also in Jersey. Interfacing: Lightweight Fusible. Allow extra fabric for matching plaids for stripes.
