It allows the hem to be sewn, overcast and trimmed in one easy step, making it a practical accessory for garments where you want a clean finish with minimal visible stitching.

The adjustable guide helps position the folded edge accurately so the needle only just catches the fabric fold. This makes it easier to achieve a subtle blind hem while the overlocker simultaneously finishes the raw edge. For best results, press the hem first and test the setting on a scrap of the same fabric before sewing your project.
