The HUSQVARNA® VIKING® Sensor One-Step Buttonhole Foot (8) is designed to create neat, consistent buttonholes automatically. It measures the buttonhole as it sews and uses the button size entered into your machine to produce an accurately sized result, making it easy to create multiple matching buttonholes on the same project.

The foot measures each buttonhole as it is stitched, helping ensure every one is the same size. Button size can be adjusted in 2mm increments, while the centre mark provides a 15mm buttoning edge. Red guide lines on the foot also help you position each buttonhole the same distance from the edge of your fabric.

To use, simply snap on the foot, connect the cord to the machine, enter the required button size and sew. Before stitching the next buttonhole, realign the white range on the wheel with the white marking line on the foot to repeat the same size accurately.

How to Use

1. Snap on the Sensor One-Step Buttonhole Foot. Plug the cord into the socket near the light on the machine. Line up the white range on the side of the wheel with the white marking line on the foot.
2. Set the button size on your HUSQVARNA® VIKING® sewing machine.
3. Lower the presser foot and sew. Line up the white range on the side of the wheel before you sew the next buttonhole to sew it in exactly the same size.
4. Use red lines on foot to sew every buttonhole the same distance from edge of project.
