PLEASE NOTE: The Jessie Coatigan Add-on Lining is not a complete pattern. You will need the Jessie Coatigan pattern in order to make your fully lined coat.

The Jessie Coatigan is one of our most popular patterns, a great introduction to coat-making and a cosy addition to your wardrobe. With the Jessie Coatigan Add-On Lining you can line Jessie to make a fully-formed coat.
The Add-On instructions will guide you through every step of constructing the lining and attaching it to the Jessie Coatigan, including some couture-inspired techniques to give your coat a beautiful finish. We've also included notes on how to add the lining to a Jessie Coatigan you've already made!
The Add-On includes the following pattern pieces, plus new instructions on how to sew and attach the lining:
Use a traditional lining fabric or line your Jessie in a beautiful printed viscose.
For lining your Jessie Coatigan you'll want something fairly lightweight, such as a traditional lining fabric in acetate or polyester, or you can choose a viscose for a greater choice of prints. For the hem facing pieces you'll use the same fabric as your Jessie Coatigan outer.
The Jessie Coatigan Lining Add-On is available in the following formats (just select the one you want from the drop down menu):
If you opt for the printed paper pattern we'll print it on our in-house large format A0 printer and post it to your address.
Please note that we don’t print the instructions. These will be emailed to you as a PDF‚ along with the digital pattern files‚ when we dispatch your paper pattern.
Occasionally some large pattern pieces may be split across two A0 sheets and will need to be joined together.
Choose this option if you would like to print the pattern yourself at home or use your own copy shop/A0 printing service.
