We wanted to create the ultimate crisp linen shirt sewing pattern - enter the Jodie Shirt, a great addition to your summer wardrobe!
With slightly utilitarian details, it’s a classic piece that’s easy to mix and match with so many different garments. Jodie features a revere collar with a partial collar stand, elbow-length cuffed sleeves and a split hem detail, as well as a back yoke and chest patch pockets with flaps to keep your essentials handy. The 18-30 size range includes bust darts to achieve a better fit.
Designed with linen in mind, the Jodie Shirt can also be made in a lightweight cotton - choose a bold print for impact. Cotton and linen are easy to work with so you can enjoy the shirt construction without being overly challenged by the fabric. If you haven’t made a shirt before, this is a perfect pattern to try because of the simple collar construction and no fiddly cuff openings to deal with! Its loose shape also makes it easy to fit and cool to wear.

Occasionally some large pattern pieces may be split across two A0 sheets and will need to be joined together.
