Marah Skirt Fibre Mood sewing pattern.

Two autumn trends in one sewing project: after the cargo trousers‚ this season there is also the cargo skirt for a cool silhouette‚ plus the denim skirt is popping up everywhere. But of course‚ Marah keeps all options open: denim is definitely not a must‚ moreover‚ you tune the length according to your preference. For example‚ a maxi skirt with a long slit in the centre back or a cool mini skirt. And the pockets? You decide that too: go for the maximum number - pockets with flaps on the side seam‚ back pockets‚ curved front pockets - or just leave them out. In short‚ this skirt with a shaped waistband‚ belt loops and zip closure is an autumn challenge not to be missed.
Denim is an absolute top choice in any case. but other sturdier fabrics such as cotton twill. (fine) corduroy. polycotton. faux leather or nylon will also work. Another tip: with a woven jacquard you get a very surprising effect. Solid colour or with a cool print? Marah is super flexible!
All formats of this pattern include seam allowances.
If you opt for the printed paper pattern we'll print it on our in-house large format A0 printer and post it to your address.
We remove the stitching lines when we print Fibre Mood patterns to avoid confusion when cutting out your size.
Please note that we don’t print the instructions. These will be emailed to you as a PDF‚ along with the digital pattern files‚ when we dispatch your paper pattern.
Occasionally some large pattern pieces may be split across two A0 sheets and will need to be joined together.
