Marni is a long-line cardigan that sits just off the shoulder. The wide neckband gives this cardi a sophisticated look and the pattern features the roomiest pockets you’ve ever seen!
You can choose between two lengths: just over the knee or midi. Both versions look great over any outfit as an extra layer or even as light outerwear to keep you warm in style!
Use a light to medium weight knit fabric: viscose or bamboo jersey will give you a nice drape, French terry or Ponte di Roma will give you a more structured cardigan. If you’re feeling luxurious, why not try a Marni in a cashmere or merino wool?
Easy and quick to sew, Marni is a perfect pattern for confident beginners. You definitely need one in your wardrobe!

If you opt for the printed paper pattern we'll print it on our in-house large format A0 printer and post it to your address.
Please note that we don’t print the instructions. These will be emailed to you as a PDF‚ along with the digital pattern files‚ when we dispatch your paper pattern.
Occasionally some large pattern pieces may be split across two A0 sheets and will need to be joined together.
Choose this option if you would like to print the pattern yourself at home or use your own copy shop/A0 printing service.
