The Max Tee is a boxy knit top with a muscle tee shoulder shape and a dropped armhole. There are two lengths: a cropped tee and a hip length with hem facings. The neckline includes three options: a neck facing‚ a rib neckband‚ and a mock neckband.
Jersey‚ French terry‚ sweater knit‚ rib knit‚ wool knit. This style is designed for medium weight 25%-50% stretch knit fabric. The shape of this style is relaxed and boxy.
Using tricot fusible interfacing on the armhole facing pattern pieces can accentuate the shoulder shape and works best on a stable knit. If sewing the rib neckband‚ your pattern piece requires 75%-100% stretch and 90% recovery. Main fabric can be used if it meets the stretch and recovery requirements.
