At the heart of the creative elevate 680 is the Original IDT System, PFAFF’s integrated dual feed technology. This feeds fabric evenly from the top and bottom for beautifully controlled stitching across a wide range of fabrics, from fine dressmaking fabrics to quilts, layers and more demanding projects.
The large 7" colour capacitive touch screen makes it easy to view settings, edit stitches and navigate the machine using familiar tablet-like gestures such as swipe, pinch and spread. Built-in Quick Help and the Learning Centre are there whenever you need them, giving you guidance directly on the machine screen for techniques, settings and more.
With over 400 built-in stitches, 4 sewing fonts and 37 needle positions, the PFAFF creative elevate 680 gives you plenty of scope for beautiful, accurate and personalised sewing. Adjustable stitch width and length, stitch density, mirror image, stitch restart and tapering on decorative stitches all help you customise your projects with confidence.
For quilting and free-motion work, the machine includes free-motion settings, needle stop up/down and a speed slider, helping you stay in control whether you’re working on detailed topstitching, appliqué, quilting or decorative techniques.
Add the optional embroidery unit to unlock a wide range of embroidery features, including a generous embroidery area of up to 360 x 200mm. With over 330 built-in embroidery designs, 8 embroidery fonts and on-screen editing tools, you can personalise garments, accessories and home projects with ease.
Embroidery features include Exact Position for accurate placement, Create Shape for building new designs, design rotation, scaling and movement on screen, plus automatic jump stitch trimming. You can also step through embroidery by colour or stitch-by-stitch, making it easier to adjust designs or return to the correct point if a thread breaks.
CREATIVATE connectivity allows compatible devices to communicate wirelessly, giving you access to inspiration, updates and creative tools. You can connect with the CREATIVATE app, access designs and projects, and enjoy a more connected sewing and embroidery experience.
