Simple sweaters are the basis for the trendy athleisure look (where sporty pieces are integrated into everyday life)‚ so a comfortable‚ perfect fit is key and that’s exactly what we’ve created for you. The sweater sewing pattern The Sally Sweater can be sewn with both an overlocker and a sewing machine and is suitable for beginners and advanced sewers. You can sew your own sweatshirt with these simple sewing instructions. If you like‚ you can tie dye your sweatshirt. You can find out all about the tie dye technique in the Sally Sweater sewing tutorial. This makes your sweater truly unique. The sweatshirt pattern has long balloon sleeves with cuffs‚ a collar and a slightly flared hem.
Medium-weight stretch sweatshirt fabric‚ e.g. French Terry. We use a GOTS certified organic French Terry fabric made from 95% cotton and 5% elastane with a weight of 250g/qm for the sweater pattern Sally.
Fabric requirements (140cm wide):
Juliana Martejevs sewing patterns use standardised sizing. To find your best fit‚ simply refer to the size chart and compare your chest‚ waist and hip measurements to see which size most closely matches your own.

If you opt for the printed paper pattern we'll print it on our in-house large format A0 printer and post it to your address.

Occasionally some large pattern pieces may be split across two A0 sheets and will need to be joined together.
If you choose the PDF digital download option‚ a link to download your pattern files will be included in your order confirmation email.
