Tie blouses are ubiquitous and therefore Tirza cannot be missing from your winter wardrobe. Tirza's cut is straightforward so all eyes can immediately go to the eye-catching tie closure in the front. Even more ties? The sleeve has optional ties that go through a tunnel at the sleeve hem. Combine Tirza with your fave plain trousers or skirt and let it shine. Our ankle-length Maribel skirt is a great option.
Tirza leaves you completely free to choose. Do you like it subtle? Then choose a drapey fabric with little or no texture‚ such as viscose (crepe)‚ lyocell‚ satin‚ chambray... Both solid colours and a print give a beautiful effect. If you prefer something more dramatic‚ go for fine corduroy‚ jeans‚ poplin‚ leather or seersucker. Do you like working with a light‚ supple fabric? Voile cotton‚ muslin‚ crepe or thin viscose create a flowing effect. Finally‚ with stiff fabrics like poplin‚ raw silk‚ nylon and organza‚ you will have a statement piece.
All formats of this pattern include seam allowances.
If you opt for the printed paper pattern we'll print it on our in-house large format A0 printer and post it to your address.
We remove the stitching lines when we print Fibre Mood patterns to avoid confusion when cutting out your size.
Please note that we don’t print the instructions. These will be emailed to you as a PDF‚ along with the digital pattern files‚ when we dispatch your paper pattern.
Occasionally some large pattern pieces may be split across two A0 sheets and will need to be joined together.
If you choose the PDF digital download option‚ a link to download your pattern files will be included in your order confirmation email.
