Sew a quick & easy skirt with the Ultimate Wrap Skirt sewing pattern!
This simple skirt comes with two length options, midi or knee-length, and features a waistband with ties. With no tricky closures, one of the ties feeds through a gap in the waistband to create a secure wrap tied at the waist. This makes the Ultimate Wrap Skirt easy to sew and easy to fit, as you can adjust the tightness of the ties to get the right fit for you.
You can whip this skirt up in a few hours, pair her with a t-shirt and wear her with sandals or trainers for a casual everyday look, or pop on some heels to dress her up.
For beginners, we recommend using a light cotton lawn for the Ultimate Wrap Skirt. If you are more experienced, viscose or crepe fabrics are perfect to give this skirt plenty of swish!
Lightweight cotton or cotton lawn are best for absolute beginners. If you have made a few projects and are feeling confident, you could also try viscose or crepe fabrics.

If you opt for the printed paper pattern we'll print it on our in-house large format A0 printer and post it to your address.
Please note that we don’t print the instructions. These will be emailed to you as a PDF‚ along with the digital pattern files‚ when we dispatch your paper pattern.
Occasionally some large pattern pieces may be split across two A0 sheets and will need to be joined together.
Choose this option if you would like to print the pattern yourself at home or use your own copy shop/A0 printing service.
