Sew Essential wish to make your shopping experience as pleasant as possible.
For this reason, if you wish to return any item you have purchased on-line please notify us via email within 14 days of receipt of the goods and include your invoice / order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. We will respond to your email with further instructions for your return.
The item(s) should then be returned to us within 14 days of your email request at your expense. Upon receipt we will refund the value of the returned item(s) plus any standard outgoing delivery charges you've paid if you return a complete order. Standard outgoing delivery costs will not be refunded if only part of your order is returned.
It is important that any unwanted item, unless faulty, is returned in a re-saleable condition. We expect this to mean that you've kept all original packaging and labels, and that it's undamaged and unused.
If the return is as a result of our error, we will also refund the cost of return postage.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns of cut products such as fabrics (see below).
Cut Fabrics and Made-to-Measure Items
Please be aware that we are unable to refund, cancel or exchange cut fabrics and made-to-measure items. Also please order the total amount of fabric required for any given project as we cannot guarantee that more than one order will be cut from the same dye batch.
In the unlikely event that goods are faulty or reach you in an unsatisfactory condition, please notify Sew Essential within seven days of receiving the goods and we will arrange to have the item exchanged.
