Oh the Scrabble matches you'd win if you could turn wrap, paperbag, and skirt into a compound word! Wishful thinking aside, this skirt is sure to score you compliments galore. Alida's patch pockets and slit at the front look simultaneously cool and chic. The belt has a fabric covered buckle to boost the paper bag effect at the waist. We made an Alida that ends just below the knee, but of course the length is entirely up to you!
Recommended fabrics
Alida is best suited to more structured fabrics, i.e. not too drapey or light. Cotton twill, leather, denim, corduroy and velvet will all work well.

Delivered Paper Pattern
If you opt for the printed paper pattern we'll print it on our in-house large format A0 printer and post it to your address.
We remove the stitching lines when we print Fibre Mood patterns to avoid confusion when cutting out your size.
Please note that we don’t print the instructions. These will be emailed to you as a PDF, along with the digital pattern files, when we dispatch your paper pattern.
Occasionally some large pattern pieces may be split across two A0 sheets and will need to be joined together.

If you choose the PDF digital download option, a link to download your pattern files will be included in your order confirmation email. We recommend creating an account before placing your order so you can easily access your files again by logging in at any time. The following files are included to print at home:
