Hats by Arkivestry help you add that extra special touch to your costume. This pattern offers four styles - a top hat with detachable hat band, steampunk topper, wide brim hat and a tricorne. Three sizes included S (21 inch), M (22 inch), L (23 inch).
Recommended fabrics
Stable lightweight to medium-weight fabrics such as: Brocade, Damask, Faille, Leather, Suede. A,B,C,D Inner Band in Cotton Types or Satin. A Hat Band and Wings in Leather-Like or Suede-Like Fabrics. D Veil in Net, Sheer Fabrics, Tulle. Extra fabric needed to match plaids, stripes, or one-way design fabrics.
