To bind edges with a 1/4" (6mm) Bias Binding, cut a 1" (24mm) wide bias strip of lightweight fabric. Alternatively you can use 12mm double fold purchased binding.
Straight stitch length 2.5 or zig-zag or decorative stitch at desired length.
