Irene is simply spectacular. A gorgeous straight dress with a standing collar and asymmetrical buttons down the front. Feel free to play with the length, from short and shorter to just a touch longer. Midi will give you your golden average. Worn with a belt, you can accentuate your waist and add a graceful billow at the top. Irene looks stunning in all kinds of fabrics.
Recommended fabrics
Plenty of options work for Irene. Flannel, lyocell, poplin, chambray, (checked) wool, gabardine, linen, and viscose are just a few. And don’t forget real or imitation leather! But if you go for the latter, don't forget that finishing the seams requires a different method.

If you opt for the printed paper pattern we'll print it on our in-house large format A0 printer and post it to your address.
We remove the stitching lines when we print Fibre Mood patterns to avoid confusion when cutting out your size.
Please note that we don’t print the instructions. These will be emailed to you as a PDF, along with the digital pattern files, when we dispatch your paper pattern.
Occasionally some large pattern pieces may be split across two A0 sheets and will need to be joined together.

If you choose the PDF digital download option, a link to download your pattern files will be included in your order confirmation email. We recommend creating an account before placing your order so you can easily access your files again by logging in at any time. The following files are included to print at home:
