Every season deserves a dress with real wow factor, and this winter it's Milena's turn. And good news, because this dress looks (literally) more complicated than it is to make. The front panels twist around each other, resulting in a unique and flattering twist effect. At the back, elastic at the waist ensures a beautiful, snug fit. Milena fastens at the centre front with buttons, has simple long sleeves and a neckline that is neatly finished with bias tape. Perfect for the festive season or a stylish day at work.
Recommended fabrics
For Milena with its twist detail, supple fabrics such as viscose crepe, lyocell or cupro work beautifully. They create an elegant drape and are wonderfully comfortable to wear. If you want the garment to hold its shape better, try poplin, chambray, fine corduroy or lightweight denim. Both plain and printed versions look fantastic in this design.

If you opt for the printed paper pattern we'll print it on our in-house large format A0 printer and post it to your address.
We remove the stitching lines when we print Fibre Mood patterns to avoid confusion when cutting out your size.
Please note that we don’t print the instructions. These will be emailed to you as a PDF, along with the digital pattern files, when we dispatch your paper pattern.
Occasionally some large pattern pieces may be split across two A0 sheets and will need to be joined together.

If you choose the PDF digital download option, a link to download your pattern files will be included in your order confirmation email.
