Butterick Vintage 1950's playsuit, blouse, and skirt pattern. Bare shouldered playsuit has round neckline, no waist seam, buttons circling hipline and little boy shorts. Boxy overblouse with stand-up collar; below-elbow sleeves button on to playsuit. Full skirt does the same. Collar matches skirt. Authentic Vintage Reproduction includes additional sizes and cutting layouts.
