Winter is when we love to turn up the cosy and make everything nice and toasty. Carmen is a minimalist lined winter coat with a collar and gorgeous lapels. The subtly shaped sleeves are the showstoppers on this long coat. Concealed press studs and the quirky tie detail complete the look. We're willing to bet that this is going to be your new feel-good coat.

Carmen can be made in all kinds of coat fabrics. We’re a fan of woollen fabrics since they'll keep you nice and toasty in the winter. Make Carmen in a solid for a classy look or, if you’re feeling daring, go for a bouclé or a plush, long haired faux fur instead. Intent on being on-trend? Checked fabric or an animal print should be your go-to.

If you opt for the printed paper pattern we'll print it on our in-house large format A0 printer and post it to your address.
We remove the stitching lines when we print Fibre Mood patterns to avoid confusion when cutting out your size.
Please note that we don’t print the instructions. These will be emailed to you as a PDF, along with the digital pattern files, when we dispatch your paper pattern.
Occasionally some large pattern pieces may be split across two A0 sheets and will need to be joined together.
PDF Digital Download
If you choose the PDF digital download option, a link to download your pattern files will be included in your order confirmation email. We recommend creating an account before placing your order so you can easily access your files again by logging in at any time. The following files are included to print at home:
