Line dancing, anyone? Or stories by the campfire? Country vibes, lumberjack, trucker - it makes no difference. Madou is always you. This overshirt is for making and wearing without much ado. Denim, checked flannel, plain, sturdy linen - it's all good. Just take your pick. The same goes for the length. The long, narrow chest pockets are shoo-in crowd-pleasers and the two rows of topstitching throughout are a must.
Recommended fabrics
Madou looks divine in loads of different fabrics. Prefer a jacket with good structure? Go for cotton twill, denim, or stretch cotton. Looking for a design with a more fluid drape that has a softer look? Try linen, Tencel or gabardine.

If you opt for the printed paper pattern we'll print it on our in-house large format A0 printer and post it to your address.
We remove the stitching lines when we print Fibre Mood patterns to avoid confusion when cutting out your size.
Please note that we don’t print the instructions. These will be emailed to you as a PDF, along with the digital pattern files, when we dispatch your paper pattern.
Occasionally some large pattern pieces may be split across two A0 sheets and will need to be joined together.
